Muscle building workouts are all about low reps with high weight, and when combined with a healthy diet, can produce a body figure that will impress anyone. Muscle Building Workouts
Muscle building requires resistance exercises like weight lifting with high weight and doing low reps. You will want to do a variety of machine and free weights in order to keep the stress on your body down. Move from weights to machine and machine to weights in order to give your body a little bit of a break. Work different muscle groups each time and then come back to the other muscle group later. Just remember that you need to do high resistance (high weight) exercises, not low resistance (low weight) exercises with high reps. This will build your muscles to be bigger. If you do high reps with low resistance, you will only be toning the muscles that you already have.
Specific Exercises
Exercises that are good for gaining muscle mass and are popular muscle groups are the bench press, curling, and the squat. These will make your muscles big and give you a great figure. The bench press works mainly your arms and your pectorals, the curling works these as well as your stomach muscles, and the squat works most of the muscles, but especially the legs. These are popular for building muscles by most body builders and models. If you combine these with crunches, then you will have a body that you will be very proud of and want to show off.
